Junior Training Times & Dates

We now have the confirmed times and dates for this years junior training, which starts on Saturday 29th February.
Location:
Alcester Grammar School, Birmingham Rd, Alcester, B49 5ED.
Times:
9:00am - 10:20am | Boys U7's, U8's & Girls U11 and below
10:20am - 11:40am | Boys U9's, U10's & Girls U12 and above
11:40am - 1:00pm | Boys U11's, U12's, U13's & U14's
(children in U15 & U16 age groups are welcome to join later session as well)

Cost:
£5 per session per child.
The 9:00am - 10:20am session will include the option of playing with Hard Cricket balls. If you would like your child to use the hard balls, they will need to have leg guards (+ thigh guard ideally), gloves, helmet, box and a bat. We will do our best to provide additional kit but cannot guarantee kit that fits. It's also worth getting your child to practice how to put the equipment on at home a few times if they've never done it before to maximise practicing time when they get there.
Both of the later sessions will be largely hard ball based, so please ensure they have all of their protective kit with them if they have it. Again, we will try to have kit available where possible.
Where to buy:
Sports Direct and Boundary Sports are two other reasonably local places to find equipment.
*If for any reason your child is unable to attend a session in their age groups time slot but would be able to make another time slot and would like to train, please contact Pete Alexander 07855887563 to see if we can fit them in to another time slot. Likewise, if you have siblings that are spread over two time slots and will have difficulty ferrying them around, give me a shout and we'll try and sort something for you.
Age Groups by School Year:
U7 = Yr 2
U8 = Yr 3
U9 = Yr 4
U10 = Yr 5
U11 = Yr 6
U12 = Yr 7
U13 = Yr 8
U14 = Yr 9
